Paper: FDA compliant - white Ink: Food Grade
Production Time: Varies with number of cookies and messages and custom wrapping. Typically 2 – 3 weeks from receipt of accepted order. Orders will be deemed acceptable when all parts of the order are received including: camera ready artwork, messages, terms approval, shipping and packing instructions.
Cookies: Real Vanilla flavored
Wrappers: Individually wrapped with clear cello wrappers. All wrappers are polypropylene and FDA approved.
Rush Charge: Rush service is available, however charges during the holiday period may differ from the rest of the year. Rush orders will be shipped the best way to insure on time delivery.
Shipping: Shipping and handling costs are calculated on the quantity ordered. Orders are shipped UPS ground service. An extra charge will be assessed for air. Other shipping options are available; please call for options.
Shipping weight: Drop/Split Shipping: $2:00 per box per location and $10.00 for multiple boxes per location for split shipping, in addition to regular freight and insurance charges.
Cancellation: Cancellations must be made in writing. You will be charged a $50.00 cancellation charge and will be billed for all work to time of cancellation. Upon any change in the order, we reserve the right to treat the order as new, changing the delivery date accordingly. All changes must be made or confirmed in writing and authorized by us.
